In their free 2024 summer tour, members of Round Tower Churches Society will visit All Saints, Hemblington, at 2.30pm on Saturday, July 6 along with 2 other round towered churches nearby. The Society’s long-serving secretary ‘Lyn Stilgoe, who has written more than 300 church guides, will outline aspects of the external architectural and historical interest while Richard Barham and Michael Pollitt, the Society’s vice-chairman, will talk about the interior.

The tours are free (although donations to the church are welcomed). Membership of the Society costs a minimum £20pa. Meet at Hemblington, 2.30pm, before moving on to St Protase and St Gervase, Little Plumstead NR13 5FB, and finally St Margaret, Old Catton NR6 7DR.
