There is to be a churchyard working party on Friday, 20th February. We would welcome your help in tasks such as trimming the tops of the hedges, cutting down brambles, working out where to put some new hedging plants we have been kindly given by the Woodland Trust, and perhaps having a bonfire if the wind is in the right direction. We will be in the churchyard between 10 am – 12 noon, so if you feel you can help and have some spare time that morning, do please join us. Please bring stout footwear and gardening gloves, and any tools you are happy to use. A wheelbarrow or tarpaulin for hauling cuttings away would be useful too.
